This Privacy Policy applies to Carter Nexus and related services used in connection with the application. It does not cover unrelated personnel, operational, or business data that your organization may provide to the Company outside the application.
RTS Labs, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides Carter Nexus (the "Application" or the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.
The Service is made available through customer organizations and typically uses organization-managed authentication systems, including single sign-on. By using the Service, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
Application. Carter Nexus, the mobile software application provided by the Company.
Company. RTS Labs, Inc., 4951 Lake Brook Dr #225, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060, United States.
Personal Data. Information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable person.
Service Providers. Third parties that process information on our behalf to help operate, support, secure, or improve the Service.
Usage Data. Technical, device, activity, and diagnostic information collected automatically when the Service is used.
You. The individual using the Service, or the organization on whose behalf the individual is using the Service, as applicable.
2. Information We Collect
The categories of information we may collect in connection with the Service include the following:
2.1 Authentication and authorization information
We may receive limited authentication and authorization information from your organization or its identity provider in order to enable secure access to the Service. This may include organization-specific user identifiers, session or authentication tokens, and role or permission information.
2.2 Usage and diagnostic data
We may collect Usage Data automatically when you use the Service. Depending on the device and configuration, this may include information such as device type, device identifiers, application version, IP address, operating system, access times, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic or troubleshooting information.
2.3 Location information
With your device permission, the Application may access precise location information to provide navigation, routing, ETA-related, dispatch, route progress, and other operational features. Location information may be processed on your device and by mapping and routing providers that support the Service. We do not use location information for advertising.
You can manage location permissions through your device settings. Some features of the Service may not function properly if location access is disabled.
3. How We Use Information
We may use Personal Data and Usage Data for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and support the Service;
- to authenticate users and enforce organization-based access controls;
- to enable navigation, routing, dispatch, and related operational features;
- to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and improve the Service;
- to respond to support inquiries and service-related requests;
- to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and security of the Company, our customers, and users.
4. How We Share Information
We may disclose information described in this Privacy Policy in the following circumstances:
- With Service Providers that help us host, maintain, secure, analyze, or support the Service.
- With your organization, its administrators, or authorized personnel as needed to provide the Service and support organization-managed access.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.
- In connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
We do not use the Service to market products or services to you, and we do not provide public user profiles, public forums, or similar public-facing social features through the Service.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We may use third-party Service Providers to support functionality within the Service. For example, the Service may use HERE Technologies to support mapping, routing, and navigation-related features.

We may also use Sentry, a third-party application monitoring and error reporting provider, to help us detect, investigate, and resolve crashes, errors, and performance issues in the Service. Information sent to Sentry may include technical and diagnostic data such as device and operating system information, application version, timestamps, error and crash details, performance-related information, and certain identifiers or authenticated user-related information associated with use of the Service. In some cases, this may include information such as user or account identifiers and network-related information such as IP address.

6. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data and Usage Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve support issues, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the legitimate interests of the Company and our customers.
Retention periods may vary based on the category of information, the purpose for which it was collected, contractual requirements with customer organizations, and applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or anonymize it, subject to backup retention, legal requirements, and other legitimate operational needs.
7. International Transfers
Information processed in connection with the Service may be transferred to and maintained on systems located in the United States or other jurisdictions where the Company, its affiliates, or its Service Providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the Service. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
This Service is made available through your organization and uses organization-managed authentication systems. The Service does not provide a self-service feature for users to create, delete, or independently manage account information within the application.
If you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your use of the Service, please contact your organization or its designated administrator first. We will assist our customer, as appropriate, in responding to such requests, subject to applicable law and our contractual obligations.
We may retain certain information when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, compliance, backup, or other legitimate operational purposes.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business and workforce use and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the Service. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate steps.
11. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice where required or appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective will be subject to the revised Privacy Policy.
